Severine Ventolini is lecturer at University of Burgundy. She teaches HRM and theory of organizations and she is a member of the research center in organizations and management (CREGO) in the RHESO team. She studied at ENS Cachan school and passes her PhD at Lyon 3 University in 2007.
Her research areas are organizational behavior, career behavior and developmental network.
